Dedicated to the memory of Walter Gilbert
Walter Gilbert (1931-2021)
Walter was a loving husband, and a brilliant father and grandfather, who is already very much missed by his family. His career was in public service in the welfare and social services departments of Berkshire County Council. He also gave much to others through; many years of charity work, and his service to his local church, Tilehurst St. George.
Walter was a supporter of Christian Aid, and helped organise annual Christian Aid walks around Reading and in South Oxfordshire.
